Realy cool that this is 1 of the few featured houses ever made...👍

East Coast Sea Trading House.

Final Version

This house is build on a very nice location of the East Coast of LS.

I tryed to build the house in a way that it is not realy a ''landmark'' on the map with a reason.

Because this luxury beach mansion is in use by an criminal organisation that trades drugs, weapons and other stuff with overseas cartels.

The house and his environment is very well protected by the organisation and around the house there are some loading/unloading of "goods" going on.

The house itself there is a kind of party going on,so if u like to have that party feeling i advise turn on your mobile radio in trainer menu.

The house is designed with big open levels that will give u the best way to enjoy the sea and mountain view from this beautiful spot on the map.

The under water part and some parts of the vegetation around the beach made by my son and during the time i was building this house

(u dont wanna know how many hours i spend on this map guys lol)

he helped me out with his opinion about lots of stuff so BIG credits to him aswell.

Installation :

Step 1.) You need to have a working map editor u can get it here:

Step 2.) Object Spawn Unlocker :

put it into the MAIN GTA FOLDER u can get it here:

https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/object-spawn-unlocker

Step 3.) U also need ojectlist 10k u can get it here:

https://www.gta5-mods.com/search/object+list

now since some have trouble 2 get all the objects i included my objectlist in the upload,and some have trouble with the spawn unlocker version 1.1 the 1 in the link (like me) so i also include unlocker 1.0 in this upload as well.

The best way 2 load the map is that u load it while u are in the area from the location,so all the objects will loaded.

Put the michousef.xml in your main gta v

Load the map by press f7

load map xml

type the name >>>

michousef

thats all.
