Yep another party.
place the party.xml in your gta5 folder and load the map using
map editor by Guadmaz https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
when you load the map type: party
or you can create a folder named AutoloadMaps inside your scripts folder and place the party.xml in the scripts/AutoloadMaps , this will auto load the map.
V2: (Watch second video) fixed ramps,peds, etc. / added more peds,objects, etc.
Note: it might lag on some PC's.
Bugs: some objects like "barrier" are not loading as dynamic.

FAQ:
Q: I can't type in the console.
A: You need to install "Open IV" and enable the mod via their tool.
Q: I get a black screen when loading the map.
A: The map is too big for your PC, try to use the AutoloadMaps folder and place the party.xml inside your scripts folder.
Q: How do i load this map? (using OpenIV )
A: Find your scripts folder and place the party.xml inside it.
Q: I get a "Script Error" when loading the map.
A: Make sure you have installed all the required mods.
Q: How do i edit this map? (using OpenIV )
A: You can't, i only made this map for fun and to show others how to make a dynamic map using R*'s tools.
